This could be a great fit. We are seeking an experienced brewer to provide temporary production support at a medal-winning craft brewery located in the heart of Downtown Greensboro . This position starts part-time with flexible hours and the possibility of transitioning to a full-time, permanent role for the right candidate.
What We're Looking For:
Commercial brewing experience required Ability to work independently and efficiently Experience with cellar operations, transfers, CIP, and packaging Strong attention to quality, cleanliness, and safety Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Flexible availability
Responsibilities:
Brewhouse operations and wort production Fermentation monitoring and cellar work Tank cleaning and sanitation (CIP) Beer transfers, carbonation, and packaging support Kegging and taproom beer supply management Maintaining accurate production records Assisting with general brewery operations as needed
Position Details:
