Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with Toast POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong knowledge of basic math for cash handling and calculating drink prices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
• Retail math skills for inventory management and ordering supplies
• Strong hospitality skills, including the ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere
