Known for producing high-quality craft beer and cider, we are passionate about innovation, consistency, and creating exceptional experiences for our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and hardworking Full-Time Assistant Brewer to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the craft beverage industry while working alongside an experienced and dedicated team. Compensation $17-$24 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Position Summary The Assistant Brewer will support all aspects of brewery and cidery production, including brewing, cellaring, packaging, quality control, cleaning, and general facility operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Assist with wort production, brewing operations, and recipe execution Support fermentation management and cellar operations Clean and sanitize tanks, equipment, packaging lines, and production areas Assist with kegging, canning, and packaging activities Perform routine quality control checks and record production data Handle raw materials, including grain, hops, fruit, and other ingredients Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all brewery safety procedures and sanitation standards Assist with inventory management and receiving deliveries Support special projects and other production duties as assigned Qualifications Prior brewery, cidery, food production, or manufacturing experience preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow procedures and maintain attention to detail Mechanical aptitude is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 55 pounds Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work in a physically demanding production environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity to work for a nationally recognized brewery and cidery Hands-on experience across all aspects of production Growth opportunities within a growing company Employee discounts and brewery perks Supportive and team-oriented work environment
