Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Brewery Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced craft brewery environment. This role is essential to maintaining cleanliness, efficiency, and quality standards throughout the brewing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize kegs, fermenters, brite tanks, and other brewing equipment Assist with kegging, packaging, and general production tasks Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety and sanitation standards Support brewers during brewing operations as needed Handle and move kegs, materials, and supplies (must be able to lift 50+ lbs) Monitor and restock cleaning and production supplies Follow all safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (wet, hot, cold conditions) Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior brewery or food/beverage industry experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and sanitation practices Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience Passion for craft beer and the brewing industry
