Gizmo Brew Works is one of North Carolina's established craft breweries with over 12 years of brewing high-quality beer and building strong retail partnerships across the state. As we continue expanding our distribution footprint, we're seeking an energetic Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Wilmington and Coastal North Carolina market. This role is ideal for someone who understands both on-premise sales and large retail grocery chains , and who enjoys building strong relationships while driving measurable sales growth. Candidates with experience servicing Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Lowe's Foods, and other chain retailers are strongly encouraged to apply. What You'll Do As the Wilmington Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of Gizmo Brew Works in the coastal market , responsible for growing distribution, strengthening relationships, and increasing retail performance. Drive Market Growth Develop new accounts and increase distribution across your territory Grow sales volume across bars, restaurants, bottle shops, and grocery chains Identify opportunities to expand shelf space and improve product visibility Manage Grocery Chain Accounts Service key grocery accounts including Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Lowe's Foods, and other regional retailers Maintain strong shelf presence and manage resets, displays, and pricing execution Build and maintain floor stacks, displays, and promotional features Monitor product freshness and ensure proper rotation Work with store managers and beer buyers to maximize placement and performance Build Strong Relationships Maintain and grow relationships with current accounts Provide exceptional service and become a trusted partner to your retailers Promote the Brand Coordinate tastings, promotions, and tap takeovers Participate in festivals, in-store demos, and community events Educate staff and customers about Gizmo beers Coordinate Distribution Work closely with Gizmo delivery drivers to ensure smooth logistics Occasionally assist with deliveries when needed What We're Looking For Experience 2+ years selling beer for a brewery or wholesaler required Experience servicing grocery chains strongly preferred Familiarity with Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Lowe's Foods, or similar retailers is a major plus Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of craft beer styles and the brewing industry Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently Highly organized with strong time management skills Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to obtain required alcohol beverage permits Working Conditions Ability to lift up to 55 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events Daily travel within the Wilmington and surrounding coastal market Compe nsation & Benefits Base Salary + Commission Company Vehicle or mileage reimbursement 401(k) with Company Match Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Beer Discounts Why Join Gizmo Brew Works?
