As a Dining Associate you will: Set up and close stations. Read recipes, prepare ingredients, and execute recipes. Re-stock stations. Assist with inventory. Assist with cleaning and dish machine operation. Assist with the monitoring of cost and waste control. Ensure that food presentation and monitoring food quality (temperature, taste, and appearance) meet dining standards. Assist with training of student staff. Provide excellent customer service. Operate the computer for some training, email, ESS, and other related tasks.
