Basic Duties and Responsibilities Adhere to all safety procedures Maintain a clean and safe work space Diligence in record keeping and documentation Attend off-site beer events Prepare and organize raw materials for brewing Monitor production operations Qualification Requirements At least 1 year brewing experience Knowledge of basic cold side processes Proficiency in time management and record keeping Be able to lift 55lbs from ground to shoulder, climb stairs and ramps, and stand on feet for extended period of time Work independently and as a team member Work Environment Employee is often exposed to a damp, wet environment with hot liquids, chemicals, and moving machinery.
