Runner/Hospitality Assistant Bergen Performing Arts Center is seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates for a flexible, part-time Runner/Hospitality Assistant position. This show-based role plays a key part in supporting artists and crew, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, stock, and maintain green rooms and dressing rooms Handle hospitality shopping and supply runs as needed Coordinate and manage multiple detail-oriented tasks efficiently Accurately document expenses and follow cash-handling procedures Transport artists and crew (when required) Break down dressing rooms and perform light cleaning post-show Conduct pre- and post-show walkthroughs using checklists Provide general hospitality support for production and touring personnel Serve as a point of contact for hospitality-related needs

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to a personal vehicle Strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, live event environment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Prior experience in a performing arts venue or theater production is a plus
