Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Brewmaster to lead our brewing operations and ensure the production of high-quality craft beer. This dynamic role involves overseeing all aspects of the brewing process, maintaining strict food safety standards, and fostering creativity in brewing selection. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, mechanical knowledge, and a deep appreciation for craft beer to create exceptional products that delight our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the flavor profiles, quality assurance, and overall success of our brewery. Duties Manage the entire brewing process from raw ingredient handling to fermentation and storage, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage Maintain rigorous sanitation protocols in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and Health Department standards to guarantee food safety Maintain logs of production reporting for our booker, ABC, as well as Beverage Tax. Operate and troubleshoot brewing equipment, including fermenters, kettles, pumps, and cleaning systems, utilizing mechanical knowledge for maintenance and repairs Oversee brewery operations related to raw materials, supplies, and finished products, ensuring proper storage and inventory control Conduct quality assurance checks throughout production to monitor consistency, flavor profiles, and adherence to safety standards in food and beverage manufacturing Implement safety procedures aligned with industry standards for heavy lifting, manual handling, industrial chemical handling within the production environment Collaborate with the FOH team to communicate current and upcoming products while maintaining product integrity and keeping taps filled. Uphold food safety regulations by adhering to sanitation protocols and conducting regular inspections of the production area Experience Proven experience in brewing with a strong understanding of brewing techniques and processes Demonstrated knowledge of sanitation procedures, HACCP principles and food safety regulations within the food and beverage industry Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting in an industrial setting Background in quality assurance within the food or beverage sector with an emphasis on consistency and safety standards Familiarity with industrial chemical handling practices relevant to sanitizing in brewing operations Physical ability for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and working in a fast-paced production environment Join us as we craft exceptional beers that inspire passion!
