Why? Because it ensures our restaurants have everything they need to serve fresh, high-quality food every single day. Our bakery and production employees make this possible. From chopping fruit and mixing our famous ranch dressing to baking baguettes, these team members play a vital role in preparing the food our customers love. The care and dedication that go into our commissary show up in every pizza, salad, and sub we serve.
What You'll Do:
As a Bakery & Production employee, you'll: Operate equipment to produce and package food items, meeting daily production goals. Accurately measure and weigh ingredients to prepare bakery products according to recipes and standards. Label, date, and rotate products using a "first in, first out" system to ensure freshness. Record time and temperatures to meet company and food safety standards. Follow recipes, safety rules, and operating procedures with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain health standards at all times and complete assigned cleaning duties to keep the facility safe and organized. Protect company resources by following policies, practicing honesty, and maintaining a safe work environment.
