This includes setting up, operating, cleaning, and troubleshooting production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures. Key Responsibilities Receive, sample, and verify compliance of incoming raw dairy, cream, bulk sugars, oils, and CIP chemical trucks; manage farm samples and maintain receiving logs. Clean and maintain tanker trucks, silos, tanks, sanitary lines, and CIP equipment; perform CIP monitoring and coordinate with processing teams to ensure system effectiveness. Monitor silo rotation and quality standards for all received products; identify and report foreign materials to QA Management. Maintain cleanliness of tanker bays, alcove rooms, CIP room, raw lab, and floor drains per established checklists and procedures. Maintain accurate raw material records in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements; operate internal HMI system. Communicate professionally with tanker drivers and collaborate across departments including maintenance, processing, scheduling, and production to ensure excellent customer service. Min. Qualifications A minimum of GED or High School Diploma is preferred. 6 months - 2 years of manufacturing/machine operation experience in dairy/food industry preferred. SQF or similar quality systems experience preferred. Byrne Headquartered in LaFayette, Byrne is a Central New York-based dairy company with a legacy spanning over 90 years.
