Job Description
Our client, a leading bakery and food production company, is seeking a Bilingual Food Production Warehouse Associate (Spanish/English) Needed to join their team. As a Bilingual Food Production Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing and warehouse support team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm + OT if required What's the Job? Prepare large batches of dough or batter by accurately measuring ingredients Operate industrial mixers and related production machinery ensuring proper functioning Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and product consistency to meet quality standards Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment following all food safety regulations Document ingredient usage, production processes, and quality checks for traceability What's Needed? Fluent in Spanish and English At least 1 year of experience in food handling, machine operation, or related fields Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting production equipment Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods What's in it for me?
