Steelbound Brewery is bringing an exciting, high-energy dining and craft beer experience to Niagara Falls! Featuring scratch-made food, house-brewed beer, and a vibrant atmosphere, we're looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable guest experiences, we want to meet you! Position Overview As a Server/Bartender , you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for every guest. This dual-role position requires strong service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in both dining and bar environments. Key Responsibilities Guest Service & Hospitality Provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service to all guests Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an outstanding dining experience Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally Handle guest concerns with composure and escalate when needed Serving Duties Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary accommodations Support large parties, banquets, and high-volume service periods Maintain clean and organized dining areas Bartending Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes Engage with guests at the bar and provide recommendations Accurately process orders using the POS system Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service standards Operations & Compliance Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Verify IDs and adhere to all alcohol service laws Support team members during busy shifts and events Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Previous restaurant, serving, or bartending experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Basic knowledge of food safety and alcohol service practices POS system experience preferred Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Lift and carry up to 30 lbs Perform repetitive motions such as bending, reaching, and lifting Work in a loud, high-energy environment
