Job Description
Phelps Veterinary Hospital is seeking a part-time Kennel position to join our team to care for our boarding/medical pets, and to keep our facilities clean. Candidates must love animals unconditionally and are committed to our mission of providing the absolute best care to our patients and clients. Responsibilities include cleaning and help take care of boarding and hospital pets, giving oral medications and injections of insulin, (we will train). Qualifications are excellent communication skills, detail oriented, reliable, and flexible with strong work ethic. This position requires physical activities, so candidates must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. This is a part-time position, daytime and evening hours, with variable weekend hours.
