Our automated production line allows us to produce top-tier products safely and efficiently. We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Worker to support daily operations and ensure production flows smoothly. Position Overview As a Production Worker, you'll be part of the hands-on team responsible for preparing ingredients, operating machinery, labeling, and packaging finished products. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing things right, and values safety and teamwork in a fast-paced food production environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare sauces according to established recipes and standard procedures Lift and load ingredients (up to 40-50 lbs) into kettles or mixing tanks Monitor cook times, temperatures, and record production data accurately Safely handle and package hot jars coming off the line Operate labeling, capping, and palletizing equipment Stack and wrap finished pallets for storage or shipment Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-quality guidelines Assist with daily equipment setup, cleaning, and minor adjustments Communicate with teammates and supervisors to maintain smooth production flow Qualifications Prior experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse work preferred (training provided) Ability to lift 40-50 lbs throughout the shift Comfortable working in a warm, fast-moving environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Basic mechanical knowledge a plus (for equipment setup or troubleshooting)
