We are currently looking for a Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker who is willing to work in a team environment. The Continuous Fryer Operator will operate a continuous fryer to prepare the product.

Key responsibilities:

Observes operation and speed of fryer and makes adjustments when necessary. Clears jams and performs basic troubleshooting. Maintains a clean and safe work area, disposing of excess materials. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to follow directions. Ability to assess products for quality compliance. Good time management skills. Basic understanding of principles and processes of customer service.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working in both manufacturing and warehouse environments is preferred. Basic math and recording abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well on a team but be self-motivated and independent.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects. Frequent bending and lifting required (25 pounds) Must be able to navigate the plant and reach items both high and low.

Pay:

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
