In this energetic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire brewing process, from ingredient selection to fermentation and packaging. Your expertise will ensure each batch meets our high standards for flavor, consistency, and quality. Duties Prepare and measure ingredients accurately for each brew session, including malt, hops, yeast, and adjuncts Operate brewing equipment such as mash tuns, kettles, fermenters, and filtration systems with precision and safety Monitor fermentation processes closely, adjusting temperature and pressure to optimize flavor development Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all brewing vessels and work areas in compliance with health standards Record detailed batch documentation including ingredient quantities, process parameters, and observations Collaborate with quality assurance teams to sample and evaluate beer at various stages of production Assist in packaging operations such as filling kegs, bottles, or cans while ensuring product integrity Follow safety protocols diligently to create a safe working environment for all team members Experience Proven experience working as a brewer or in a similar craft brewing role is preferred Knowledge of brewing science principles including fermentation, microbiology, and ingredient interactions Familiarity with brewing equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety regulations within a brewery setting Ability to follow detailed recipes and standard operating procedures accurately Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and process monitoring Passion for craft beer innovation and continuous learning about brewing trends and techniques Embark on a rewarding journey in the craft brewing industry where your skills will help craft memorable beers that delight enthusiasts.
