Shift:

2:00pm-12:30am (Must be able to train on 1st shift)

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and follow recipes to produce high-quality chocolates, candies, and confections according to Malley's Chocolates standards, while maintaining appropriate number of batches per shift. Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, tempering machines, kettles, stoves, lifts etc. with precision and in a safe manner. Monitor cooking processes and adjust temperatures or ingredients as needed to ensure consistency and quality.
