Job Description
Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for over 85 years. A commitment to teamwork and quality has made us one of the top turkey, hog and egg companies in the U.S. and awarded the company and its team an excellent reputation. Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Feed Mill Production team member to join our team at our North Mill in Fort Recovery.
Keeping the feed mill clean and organizedCompleting all required paperwork
SHIFT HOURS
Monday through Friday 6:00am-4:30pmSTARTING HOURLY RATE
$19.80 with the potential of increasing to $21.30 after 90 daysADDITIONAL PAY
Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position.Job functions include:
Maximizing production while maintaining the highest quality feedFollowing established feed mixing procedures while following all safe food/safe feed guidelinesKeeping feed inventories accurate and properly rotated.Keeping the feed mill clean and organizedCompleting all required paperwork
