Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Feed Mill Production team member to join our team at our East Mill in Fort Recovery.

SHIFT HOURS

Monday through Friday 6:00am-4:30pm

STARTING HOURLY R ATE

$19.80 with the potential of increasing to $21.30 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position.

Job functions include:

Maximizing production while maintaining the highest quality feed Following established feed mixing procedures while following all safe food/safe feed guidelines Keeping feed inventories accurate and properly rotated.
