Job Description

JOB DETAILS
Monday
  • Friday 4:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate machine that blends, mixes, and cooks ingredients during manufacturing Read and understand formulas, gauges, and temperature levels Carefully choose, weigh, and pour ingredients into kettles, rotating cookers, pressure cookers, or vats Test food batch to ensure quality, flavor, texture, clarity, moisture content, acidity level, etc. Inspect for leaks, clogs, and plugging issues during the process Mix food using agitators and paddles Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in food production is a plus Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic mathematics skill Strong attention to detail Excellent communication, time-management, and collaboration skills May need to stand for a long period Work in various weather and temperature conditions Engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
