  • Temporary, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Brewer to join our manufacturing team.
In this role, you'll prepare, ferment, flavor, carbonate, and package products while following established recipes, food safety standards, and quality procedures. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment, takes pride in producing high-quality products, and is committed to safety and continuous improvement. This position has the opportunity to become a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Pay & Schedule Pay Day Shift:
$21.00 per hour
Night Shift:
$24.00 per hour (includes $3.00/hour shift differential) Training Schedule Monday-Wednesday during the training period. Transition to the regular Thursday-Saturday schedule beginning in August.
Regular Shift Options Thursday-Saturday Days:
5:00 AM-5:30
PM Thursday-Saturday Nights:
5:00 PM-5:30 AM Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce products according to established recipes and production schedules. Perform brewing, fermentation, flavoring, and carbonation processes while maintaining quality standards. Follow all food safety, GMP, SQF, sanitation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Complete production records, batch documentation, inventory counts, and end-of-day reports accurately. Perform routine quality checks throughout the production process. Clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and work areas. Monitor production equipment and communicate any issues to the appropriate teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations. Adapt to changing production priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of six months of professional brewing, fermentation, food manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Manufacturing or food processing experience is strongly preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records. Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and word processing. Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Work Environment Fast-paced food manufacturing facility. Frequent lifting of up to 55 pounds. Standing and walking for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts). Work in humid, noisy, refrigerated, and outdoor environments. Safely operate or work around forklifts, pallet jacks, pumps, production equipment, and food-grade chemicals. May be required to work at heights and around varying temperatures.
