Local food production facility is hiring production floaters to join their team! This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in a manufacturing environment. Ideal for someone with food production or warehouse experience who's reliable and ready for consistent hours. Mandatory overtime — great opportunity to earn extra. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

Assist with food production including mixing, baking, and packaging Operate and monitor equipment such as ovens, mixers, and conveyors Float between departments based on production needs Help maintain production flow to meet daily goals Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Perform basic quality checks on products Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment Work with team and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly

Sunday

• Friday 5:30am to 5:30pm Sunday
• Friday 11am
• 11pm Mandatory overtime required

REQUIREMENTS

Previous food production or warehouse experience preferred Must be reliable and show up on time Able to work 12-hour shifts and overtime Must be able to stand and move around for the full shift Able to lift 40-50 lbs consistently Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Working in a hot environment, must be ok to work in warm temperatures around ovens Must follow food safety and cleanliness standards No jewelry allowed on site Closed-toe shoes required
