Job Description
Job Overview We are on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Ice Cream Maker to join our food production team. In this role, you will be the creative force behind crafting delicious, high-quality ice cream and dairy-based frozen treats. Your expertise will help ensure our products meet strict safety standards and quality expectations while maintaining efficient production processes. Duties Prepare and produce ice cream and dairy products following established recipes, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and manufacturing standard operating procedures. Operate industrial equipment such as mixers, pasteurizers, freezers, and packaging machines while troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth production flow Interpret production documents accurately to monitor batch records, ingredient specifications, and quality control checks. Use mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure proper functioning of machinery. Assist with packaging finished products efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory/legal standards in food processing and dairy goods production. Experience Prior experience in food processing or dairy product manufacturing is highly desirable. Familiarity with industrial equipment troubleshooting, sanitation procedures, and safety standards in production environments. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating batch sizes, and interpreting technical documents. Strong internal communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members across different shifts or departments.
