• Lost Tavern Brewing Lost Tavern Brewing is looking for a motivated, reliable and customer-focused taproom manager to help lead our bar service team and create an exceptional experience for current and future guests.

If you enjoy local craft beer, thrive in a bar service environment, and love connecting with people, we'd love to hear from you. Prior bartending experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Bartend during business hours with open availability including weekends and holidays as needed. Open and close the taproom, following all operational procedures. Promote Lost Tavern Brewing's beer, events and story. Build relationships with customers and provide knowledgeable recommendations about our beer selection. Communicate regularly with ownership regarding taproom operations, inventory, and any day-to-day needs. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily cash reconciliation accurately. Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting taproom. Ability to do some heavy lifting including stocking beer and moving kegs.
