Job Description
Position TitleSales Representative / Distributor / Assistant BrewerPosition SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and versatile Sales Representative / Distributor / Assistant Brewer to join our team. This hybrid role combines hands-on brewing operations with customer relationship management, product sales, and distribution support. The ideal candidate is passionate about craft beverages, enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrewing OperationsAssist with the cold side stages of the brewing process including dry hopping, fermenting, packaging, and cleaningMonitor product quality and maintain brewing recordsSanitize brewing equipment and maintain a clean, safe production environmentPackage and prepare products for delivery and distributionSales & Customer RelationsBuild and maintain relationships with bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and retail accountsPromote products through tastings, events, and account visitsIdentify and pursue new sales opportunitiesEducate customers about products, styles, and flagship offeringsTrack sales activity and maintain account recordsDistribution & DeliveryLoad, unload, and deliver products to customer locationsEnsure timely and accurate deliveriesMaintain inventory and assist with product organizationCoordinate delivery schedules and product availabilityRepresent the company professionally during all customer interactions QualificationsPrevious brewing, beverage, food production, sales, or distribution experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift and move heavy materials up to 160lbs (weight of bbl keg)Valid driver s license with clean driving recordSelf-motivated with strong organizational skillsAbility to work flexible hours including evenings and weekendsPassion for craft beer and beverage culture preferredPreferred SkillsKnowledge of brewing equipment and sanitation practicesExperience with keg handling and draft systemsSales or account management experienceBasic computer and inventory management skillsWork EnvironmentCombination of brewery production floor and customer-facing sales environmentFast-paced and physically active roleFrequent local travel for deliveries and account visitsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salarySales commissions and incentivesHealth and dental careEmployee discountsOpportunities for professional growth within the companyFlexible and team-oriented work environmentEqual Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experience levels.
