In this role, you'll work with a wide range of tools and take on a variety of tasks. It's a job that rewards versatility and a can-do attitude. This is hands-on position is all about getting our small sailboats ready for customers - from rigging and outfitting to final assembly and quality checks. You'll work closely with our logistics and fulfillment teams, physically assembling and preparing boats, and ensuring every detail meets our higher standards. Work is Monday through Friday.
