If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect fit for you. In this role, you'll work with a wide range of tools and take on a variety of tasks. It's a job that rewards versatility and a can-do attitude. This is hands-on position is all about getting our small sailboats ready for customers - from rigging and outfitting to final assembly and quality checks. You'll work closely with our logistics and fulfillment teams, physically assembling and preparing boats, and ensuring every detail meets our higher standards. Work is Monday through Friday. Success here isn't just about individual effort—it's about collaboration, shared responsibility, and pride in what we build together. Job Responsibilities Assemble boat components and fittings according to specifications Conduct final quality control and inspections before delivery Ability to lift boats up to 75 pounds Skills and Qualifications Attention to detail. Positive attitude, a problem solver. Willingness to work hard in a physical job. Forklift experience is a plus. Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly wage.
