In this vital role, you will be actively involved in the manufacturing process within a fast-paced food processing plant, ensuring that all products meet strict safety and quality standards. Your dedication will help us maintain excellence in food safety, sanitation, and efficient production operations. Responsibilities Assist in preparing spices and raw ingredients and necessary materials for production runs, ensuring proper sanitation and cleanliness Follow detailed procedures for food safety and sanitation to maintain a clean and compliant environment Conduct quality checks throughout the marination process Support the packaging process by ensuring products are correctly organized on shelves, labeled, sealed, and stored according to specifications Use basic math skills to measure ingredients, check weights, and verify quantities during production Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with food industry manufacturing or food processing plants is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP standards, and food safety practices is highly desirable Ability to perform sanitation duties diligently to uphold hygiene standards in the facility Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with physical activity including standing, lifting up to minimum 50lbs, and bending Strong attention to detail with good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

Pay:
