Job Description Insight Global's client is seeking a Bilingual Pasteurization Operator to support milk receiving, testing, and pasteurization operations. This role is responsible for monitoring milk quality, operating HTST pasteurization equipment, documenting production results, and ensuring compliance with state and company quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers and production systems, and interested in developing specialized dairy processing skills. Employees in this role will have the opportunity to become state certified in pasteurization operations. Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming milk and raw dairy products.
• Perform milk quality testing and verification procedures.
• Operate and monitor HTST pasteurization systems.
• Record temperatures, weights, testing data, and production results.
• Utilize HMI and computerized production systems.
• Conduct CIP (Clean-In-Place) processes and equipment sanitation.
• Monitor gauges, thermometers, alarms, and process screens.
• Identify and communicate quality or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Support food safety and quality initiatives throughout the facility.
