Job Description
Basic food handling and prep skills Job Summary The Factory Associate plays a key role in supporting the pizzeria by preparing essential food items and ensuring consistent product quality across locations. This position involves hands-on food preparation, assisting with pizzeria operations, and performing basic maintenance tasks to keep the production environment clean, safe, and efficient. Duties Food Preparation & Production Prepare dough, sauces, cheeses, and other ingredients according to company recipes and standards. Support for Pizzeria Operations Assist pizzeria staff as needed during high-volume periods. Replenish product inventory for both the factory and the pizzeria. Communicate low inventory levels or supply needs to supervisors promptly. Maintenance & Organization Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks, such as equipment wipe-downs, floor cleaning, and general facility upkeep. Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries of raw materials and supplies. Report equipment issues or facility concerns to management. Portion, package, and label prepared items for delivery to pizzeria locations. Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout all prep processes. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage and temperature control Skills Strong teamwork and communication abilities Time management and organizational skills Reliability and a positive attitude Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment Basic understanding of machinery operation or willingness to learn new skills Ability to follow instructions precisely and adapt quickly to changing priorities Work Environment This position is based in a production kitchen/factory setting and may require working in refrigerated areas.
