Overnight Bakery Production Worker

Job Summary We're looking for a reliable, motivated Baker to help prepare and produce a variety of fresh baked goods. This role includes mixing, baking, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train someone who's eager to learn and takes pride in their work Responsibilities Measure and mix ingredients using bakery equipment Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and other bakery tools safely Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent product quality Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures Assist with inventory, rotating stock, and receiving supplies Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Experience Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred (but can train the right person) Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety guidelines Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekdays and weekends Join our team today and become an integral part of our commitment to delivering outstanding service.
