We are looking for a Brewer / Distiller to help build and execute a beverage program that matches that same standard. Position Overview This is not a plug-and-play role. We are seeking someone who can own the brewing and distillation program , contribute creatively, and help shape a cornerstone of the overall guest experience at The Chef's Market. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day brewing and/or distillation operations Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot all production equipment Monitor fermentation, yields, and quality across all batches Maintain detailed production logs, compliance records, and inventory Develop and refine recipes (beer + potential spirits program) Collaborate with culinary and bar teams on pairings and seasonal releases Oversee packaging (kegs, cans, bottles) and product readiness Ensure full compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workspace What We're Looking For Proven experience in brewing, distilling, or both Strong understanding of HACCP, CGMP, and production safety standards Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot systems independently Passion for innovation, flavor development, and consistency Ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup-style environment Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential Bonus Experience Distillation experience (or strong interest in building a program) Packaging line experience Forklift or warehouse operations Experience launching or scaling a beverage program Why This Role This is an opportunity to build something from the ground up within one of the most ambitious hospitality concepts in the region.
