Machine Operators We're seeking reliable Machine Operators to join a growing food production team. In this role, you'll operate packaging and filling equipment, monitor product quality, and help ensure products are packaged safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who are looking for long-term career growth. What You'll Do Operate packaging and filling equipment for dairy products. Monitor machines to ensure smooth production and packaging operations. Inspect containers for proper seals, labels, dates, weights, and overall quality. Identify and remove defective products from production lines. Adjust machines for different container sizes and production runs. Record production and quality data throughout the shift. Communicate equipment issues and malfunctions to supervisors. Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures. Required Qualifications Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Basic math and computer skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow safety and food production procedures. Preferred Qualifications Food manufacturing or packaging experience. Experience working in refrigerated environments. Familiarity with food safety standards and quality inspections. Experience working around common food allergens.
