Job Description

Cellar & Operations TechnicianProduction / Brewhouse / Wholesale | Full-TimeJoin the Team at Volition BrewingWe're looking for a hardworking, dependable team member to help keep our brewery running smoothly. As our Cellar & Operations Technician, you'll play a key role in beer production, keg management, and wholesale deliveries while helping maintain the quality and consistency Volition Brewing is known for.

What You'll DoWash, sanitize, fill, and stage kegs for the taproom and wholesale accounts.

Assist with cellar operations including tank cleaning (CIP), beer transfers, dry hopping, carbonation checks, and general production support.

Deliver kegs safely and professionally to wholesale customers while representing the Volition brand.

Maintain keg inventory, production areas, and delivery vehicles.

Support taproom operations, keg changes, and brewery events as needed.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

What We're Looking ForValid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to safely lift and move kegs and perform physically demanding work.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred ExperienceBrewery, cellar, warehouse, or beverage production experience.

Knowledge of keg maintenance, draft systems, or forklift/pallet jack operation is a plus.
