Gard Wine Estates, located in Prosser, WA, is seeking Harvest Cellar workers for the upcoming 2026 harvest. We are a small passionate team seeking candidates who are motivated and willing to learn all aspects of wine production, in our 40,000+ case facility. This is a temporary position that typically lasts from mid August to early December. Prior winery experience is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience. The position will offer training in all aspects of wine production.

Job duties:

Primarily preforming fruit processing including set up of equipment, cleaning and sanitation of equipment, fruit sorting, and assist with using wine press Assist with pump overs, punch downs, and dig outs on fermenting red wine tanks Cleaning and sanitizing all crush equipment including tanks, bins, pumps, hoses, etc. General maintenance and cleaning the facility on daily basis Additions/inoculations to grape must/juice Work seven days a week if requested Must follow all safety procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills and ability to follow written or verbal instruction Must be able to perform physical tasks such as walking/standing for several hours, shoveling pomace from tanks, and able to lift over 70 lbs. Must be able to work extended hours when needed (8-12 hours per day, up to 7 days per week) Previous harvest or wine experience preferred Job duration is dependent on vintage.
