As we expand production and distribution, we are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Assistant Brewer/ Operations Associate to support daily operations across production, delivery, and market execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who values consistency, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable operating across multiple parts of a growing business. Key Responsibilities Production Support Assist the Lead Brewer with all aspects of kombucha production Support batching, fermentation, transfers, packaging, and cleaning Maintain strict cleanliness and organization standards throughout the facility Help ensure product quality, consistency, and adherence to process Delivery & Logistics Execute weekly deliveries to wholesale accounts using the company vehicle Ensure accurate order fulfillment and safe product handling Maintain delivery schedules and communicate any issues proactively Operations & Communication Provide clear communication on inventory levels, field feedback, and operational needs Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability and accountability Previous brewery experience preferred, but not required Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively Comfortable engaging with customers in a professional setting Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency Clear and effective communicator Requirements Clean driving record (required) 25+ years of age (insurance requirement) Ability to lift 50 lbs Food Handler's Permit Smartphone for communication and invoice generation Position Details Full-time Combination of weekday production, deliveries, and potentially weekend market shifts Early morning start times will be required In-person role based in Seattle Benefits Company vehicle for deliveries Flexible scheduling within operational needs Commission program How to Apply Please submit a brief note including: Why are you interested in this role Relevant experience
