Strong customer service and sales experience are top priorities for this role. We're seeking someone who enjoys connecting with people, works well under pressure, and is excited to learn more about wine, craft beer, and hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and engage every guest who enters the building Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming guest experience Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while balancing hosting, serving, retail sales, food prep, cleaning, beverage preparation, and stocking responsibilities Learn and become knowledgeable in wine and craft beer offerings Provide detailed and accurate information about products, pours, and menu items Complete opening and closing duties, side work, and daily checklists Operate ShopKeep POS systems and handle transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the space, including restocking and cleaning restrooms Perform efficiently during high-volume events and busy service periods Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and know when to discontinue service when necessary Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen support Maintain strong attention to detail with product codes, line items, inventory, and cash handling Prepare beverages and provide timely table service Requirements 2+ years of customer service experience 2+ years of sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically active environment Must obtain a Washington State MAST Permit within the first 30 days of employment Must obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within the first 30 days of employment Job Details Full-time/ Part-time In-person position Benefits Employee discount Bonuses If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy learning about wine and craft beer, and want to work in a fun, fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you.
