Full Time (40 hours per week with potential overtime)

What we re looking for:
Full-time positionOpen availability is a need (We occasionally work in split shifts but there is a decent amount of flexibility)A minimum of 2+ years of Cellar experience is highly preferredHot side experience preferredEssential responsibilities are but not limited toBrewing & Cellar Operations
- Perform all tasks associated with the brewing process including milling, wort production, yeast handling, dry hopping, tank monitoring, and beer filtration
- Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs to chest level
- Process flow understanding
- Assist with raw material organization and cleanliness
- Maintain all quality and safety standards set for production
- Accurate record keeping of all brewing related notes from brew day through fermentation, and packaging in paper logs, spreadsheets, and production software
- Follows SOPs in safe manner throughout all brewery operations (chemicals, hose organization, pressure regulation, etc.) while wearing PPE
- CIP/Sanitization on vessels, and equipment (fermenters, brites, HX, blending tank, etc.
- Assembles and breaks down hose/part configurations depending on process and ensures they are in good working order
- Tank management (gravity checks, trub dumps, dry hopping, fining, carbing, etc.
- Monitors fermentation by testing gravity, temperature, pH, etc. as required and according to SOP
- Yeast management (harvesting & pitching)
- Beer transfers
- Operate kegging equipment to clean and fill kegs as needed
- Operate a forklift following safety protocols
- Maintains a clean and orderly workspace
- Completes general cleaning tasks (sweeping, scrubbing, organizing, etc.)
- Communicates any unfinished tasks or needs with Management
- Performs facility-specific duties as required or assigned.
