Harvest Crew Tranche Estate Walla Walla, WA Job Description:
Tranche Estate is a small family-owned winery located at our scenic Blue Mountain Estate Vineyard in Walla Walla, Washington. Employing both new and old world techniques, we specialize in the small-batch production of ultra-premium wines with the use of a state of the art winemaking facility. Fruit is sourced from our six estate vineyards located within the Walla Walla Valley, Red Mountain and Columbia Gorge AVAs. We have a small team of skilled and passionate people dedicated to producing wines at the highest level. We are currently looking for motivated and hard-working interns to join us for the 2026 harvest. These positions will cover every level of harvest activity from, fruit receival and berry sorting, to fermentation management, pressing and barrel work. We will spend time with each member of the team to ensure that they gain a solid understanding of our winemaking style and techniques. Harvest positions will generally start early September and continue through mid November, but can vary depending on the growing season. Job Requirements/Skills Completed a degree in, or currently studying enology, viticulture or related field (preferred but not required) Self-motivated and efficient with his/her use of time and comfortable working in a small team Ability to drive a forklift and possess a valid driver's license Physically fit and able to lift and carry up to 50lb Attention to detail is a must Most importantly, possess a true passion for wine and an interest in the production of high quality wines
