Tasting Room Associate

Part-Time Tasting Room Associate Callan Cellars - Woodinville, WA Callan Cellars is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused team member to join our tasting room staff on a part-time basis. If you enjoy connecting with people, have a passion for wine and hospitality, and thrive in a welcoming, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a small, family-owned winery. For the right person, this position can lead to additional hours and increased responsibilities over time, including event support, wine club management, and other aspects of winery operations. Schedule Part-time Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) Additional weekday shifts may be available based on business needs Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service Lead engaging wine tastings and share the story of Callan Cellars and our wines Process sales through our point-of-sale system Promote wine club memberships and upcoming events Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized tasting room Assist with winery events and other operational needs as they arise Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and professional Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Previous hospitality, retail, or wine industry experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to serve alcohol in Washington State We offer a supportive, team-oriented environment where you'll have the opportunity to learn about the wine industry while helping create memorable experiences for our guests. For someone who is motivated and takes initiative, this role has the potential to grow into a larger position with expanded responsibilities.
