At Sway, we create beers that are tied to a specific time, place, and people. We brew (very) small-batch, classically inspired beers using 100% Midwestern ingredients, from small farms close to home, including hops sourced exclusively from Wisconsin and hand-foraged native plants (things like goldenrod, yarrow, and spruce). The raw ingredients used in our brewery are representative of specific harvest seasons, the land they were grown on, and the people who grew them—people we've shaken hands with.
