Madison, WI Job Details Seasonal $7.25 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Beer Pourers are the front line of the beverage experience at Breese Stevens Field. Interested candidates should have a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and work well in group settings.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and accommodate customers with a positive attitude and a smile while fulfilling orders and requests in an accurate and timely manner. Every customer must be accurately verified to confirm that they are over the age of 21 and wristband accordingly. Use the Square point-of-sale system to sell beverages to customers, including processing payments. Follow proper alcohol awareness and service policies outlined in the BSF Responsible Alcohol Consumption Action Plan. Pour tap beer, open cans/bottles, and serve canned beverage product in a high-volume environment. Stock and inventory product levels in the assigned station. Under the guidance of Concessions Supervisors, maintain cleanliness and health standards in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Dept of Public Health. Maintain a positive, safe, and fun work environment. Applicants with prior cocktail bartending experience may be considered for mixologist positions. Must exemplify exceptional teamwork abilities. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for beer pouring or bartending positions.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time (~ 4-8 hours/shift) Must be able to lift up to 30lbs. Beer Pourers are hired for the outdoor event season at Breese Stevens Field, which typically runs from early April to late October. This is a part-time, hourly position with most scheduled work occurring in the evening, including both weekdays and weekends. Beer Pourers are eligible to earn tips from the stadium tip pool in addition to a base hourly wage.
