Founded in 2014 as a Wisconsin contract brewery, Octopi Brewing has spent over a decade brewing and packaging beer, seltzers, RTDs, and sodas for clients nationwide. In 2024, Asahi — brewers of Asahi Super Dry — acquired Octopi, making us the U.S. production home of Super Dry. Today, our 250+ person team of beverage industry pros keeps that same local, quality-first spirit alive at a state-of-the-art facility. Our Brewhouse team turns raw ingredients into the wort that becomes every batch we brew.THE OPPORTUNITY
Our brewhouse keeps the entire brewing process moving — turning raw ingredients into finished wort that feeds every batch downstream. We're looking for a Brewhouse Brewer to help keep that process precise, efficient, and in spec.WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GREAT
- Own the very first step of the brewing process — from raw material intake to finished wort
- Direct ownership of yeast propagation, a critical part of every batch's success

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Learn, understand, and operate all brewhouse piping and equipment
- Execute efficient brewing operations from raw material intake to finished wort
- Own yeast propagation from start to finish
- Perform routine quality checks, basic maintenance, and CIP on brewhouse equipment and piping
- Keep accurate brewing logs and sanitation records every shift
WHAT YOU BRING
Must-haves:
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 55 lbs / moving 165 lbs as needed
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Basic troubleshooting skills in a brewing or manufacturing setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts and prioritize shifting tasks
Nice-to-haves:
- 2-3 years of experience in a brewing environment
- Degree in Brewing Science/Technology
