We have a tap room and beer garden on site in our 11,000 square foot brewing facility in the historic Menomonee River Valley. Position Overview Looking for a hardworking, committed and passionate person to join our awesome production team. Join a locally owned craft brewery in a role that can help introduce you to the industry and further a career. Our small team rotates through many disciplines of production, gaining exposure to all facets of beer production. Position Summary Assist in the day to day operations required to produce and package Third Space Brand beers and beverages. Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment to produce products. Qualifications 21+ years old High School Diploma or equivalent Passion for craft beer Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and cleanly Able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions Ability to work on feet for full 8 hour shift Regularly climb stairs and ladders with up to 55 lbs. Move up to 3,000 lbs. with the aid of lifting equipment Reliable Transportation to and from work Basic computer/data entry skills Ability to read and write clearly Able to work safely in environment containing potential hazards Experience in a production/labor environment Professional brewing experience is required to be considered for this role Essential Job Functions Perform quality checks and maintain accurate associated records Packaging of beer / product into kegs meeting quality standards Tank and Equipment Cleaning and Sanitizing per SOPs Operating of semi-automated QTS 3 Vessel Brewhouse per SOP Operation of semi-automated QTS 2 Vessel Pilot brewhouse per SOP Produce wort according to production plan Follows product recipes, quality parameters and guidelines Operation of semi-automated GEA Centrifuge Separator per SOP Operate pallet jack and / or Nissan Electric Forklift with training Assist in maintenance of production equipment including but not limited to pumps, valves, hoses, heat exchangers, automation sensors Develops & Maintains in-depth knowledge of equipment and process flows Assembling / disassembling of sanitary piping and hoses per SOPs Operation of semi-automated Keg Washer / Cleaning of kegs Non-Essential Job Functions Laboratory work as part of quality checks Operating semi-automated

Working environment will include working alongside peers in close proximity to potential hazards from heat, chemicals, pressure rotating and mobile machinery.
