Job Description

Water Street Brewery Group (The Brewery) is seeking an experienced and motivated FOH Manager to join our management team! The Brewery is located right in the heart of downtown Milwaukee directly on Water Street operating Wednesday-Sunday.

Job duties:
Control cost of goods, variances and inventories within the restaurant Responsible for inventory control - Daily, Weekly & Monthly counting of items, checking in items received, and stocking items Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed Placing cash orders for additional change Measure, diagnose and correct cash management issues Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met Verify and secure price or menu changes are correctly reflected in POS Train, coach, and develop crew members Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed Provide effective, open, and consistent communication on goals during team meetings while recognizing positive contributions Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service Contribute to crew members' performance reviews Effectively handle customer issues; Measure customer satisfaction and execute plan to improve both satisfaction and loyalty Benefit package inclusive of: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) + match, meal program, cell phone stipend, mileage reimbursement, and MORE! High School Diploma or equivalent required Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication Possess a valid ServSafe Certification (paid by the company) Ability to deliver exceptional customer service (internally and externally) Ability to resolve conflict Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize Ability to understand financial reports Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment Possess a high energy Level Demonstrated professionalism
