PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor and control access to the food and beverage production location by verifying credentials, authorizing entry in accordance with site procedures, and documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery activity. Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, loading docks, employee access points, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Maintain accurate records of access-related activity, incidents, inspections, and shift communications while supporting a professional and customer-focused environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
