Food Production Associate - Waupun, WI ABR is hiring multiple Food Production Associate for a well-established food manufacturer in Waupun, WI. This role involves food preparation, packaging, and quality control in a production environment.

Available Shifts:

PM's Monday-Thursday, 6:45pm to 5:00am with Tuesday or Wednesday off depending on department

Pay Rate:

$22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, package, and label cheese products according to company specifications Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging equipment as needed Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met Sanitize, disassemble, and reassemble equipment following sanitation procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Adhere to all food safety, quality, and workplace safety guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred, or 6-12 months of relevant experience or training Ability to read and follow written instructions, complete documentation, and perform basic math Ability to repeatedly lift 20-45 pounds Comfortable working in hot, cold, or wet production environments This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team with consistent hours and competitive pay.
