Job Description
Join our brewery team as a Food Runner and Busser, where your energy and hospitality skills will help keep our systems running smoothly! You'll be the link between the kitchen and the tap house area, ensuring that food is delivered promptly and tables are kept welcoming and clean. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fun, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Deliver food orders or manage the expo screen from the kitchen to guests efficiently, maintaining quality and presentation standards Clear and reset tables swiftly to ensure a clean, inviting dining space for incoming guests Assist servers with bussing duties, including refilling beverages and delivering condiments or utensils as needed Support food preparation tasks when necessary, such as plating or garnishing dishes under supervision Maintain food safety standards by handling dishes and utensils properly and adhering to sanitation protocols Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and team members using effective communication skills to ensure smooth service flow Jump in and help where needed! Qualifications Students are OK to apply, should be able to work during the school year about 2 days per week at min. Should have reliable transportation Should be confident in talking with customers Teamwork is important Nights and weekends are required
