The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time EVS Lead Attendant to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As an EVS Lead Attendant, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned public areas. What will you do? Supervise and coordinate environmental services team members in assigned areas Conduct quality control checks to ensure EVS standards are met Replenish supplies, transport cleaning materials, and empty wastebaskets Interact with guests, respond to their needs, and provide excellent customer service Report maintenance repair problems to the supervisor, and ensure lost and found items are turned in and logged Maintain sanitation guidelines and ensure linen rooms and work areas are organized More about you Previous experience as an EVS Attendant or similar role preferred; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and fixtures Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage team members Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Physical requirements Frequent walking and standing for entire length of shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Shift details Overnight Weekends Holidays M-F 8hr shift OT as needed
