What will you do?
+ Manage the working schedule, training, and task assignment of team members, supervising quality and performance
+ Oversee and perform repair and preventative maintenance of slot machines and online systems, and collaborate with Bench Technicians to optimize repair processes
+ Handle initial setup, checkout, configuration, and paperwork of new gaming devices
+ Assist with troubleshooting issues and promote positive guest relations
+ Ensure adherence to federal, state, and internal gaming regulations, policies, and procedures
+ Operate a motor vehicle when necessary
More about you
+ Minimum of 3 years of related experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred
+ Must meet all licensing requirements for gaming operations
+ Strong knowledge of slot machine electronics, mechanisms, and systems
+ Skills in gaming device diagnostics and troubleshooting, training, organization, reporting, analyzing, customer service, and communication
+ Hold and maintain a valid driver's license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test
+ Operate a motor vehicle when necessary
+ No college degree required

+ Frequent reaching, grabbing, and bending
+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
